@daisyhinojosa23: The 1995 film, as good as it was, diverged from the Harvey universe canon. Universal only created Kat Harvey--played by Christina Ricci--because it didn't want to use Wendy yet. Come 1998 though, Hillary Duff was pegged to play The Good Little Witch, who is the "ghoulfriend" of Casper in the official Casper canon made by Harvey Comics & Entertainment Inc.
