@DrogoBROADBAND- Falconry is a very passionate sport, I'm starting very soon and they are doing no harm to the animal. They will be kept and released again, or in some ways, falconers can choose to keep it. The become companions and work together in hunting, we use the wild animals, we don't get a raptor out of mid air, and it's very exciting to train them. Yes, it ma have hurt the animal, I agree, though it's falconry, it's legal. (If he has the falconry permit)

Why can't you leave wild animals alone? This is an awful way to capture any bird. Is it legal in your country to do this? This bird could have suffered a serious injury with this pathetic device tied to its leg.
