Tony T here with our Rockstar quick hitter for Saturdays action. Saturday night on Pay-Per-View a fight in the Light Heavyweight Division as Kelly The Ghost Pavlik faces Bernard The Executioner Hopkins. Pavlik is a huge favorite in this fight at 400 with Hopkins the underdog at +320. I am going to look at the over under round prop in this fight and it is posted at 11 ½ rounds. Bernard Hopkins has never been knocked out and Pavlik is a perfect 34-0 with 30 wins by knockout. Hopkins will need his best defense on Saturday because you dont want to get hit by Pavlik because he is one of the hardest hitting fighters in the business. If you watched the Bernard Hopkins and Joe Calzaghe fight you know that Hopkins pretty much picks his offensive spots very carefully. He really does not bring much offense. For Pavlik to knockout Hopkins he will have to find openings and he will not find too many. Hopkins will keep close to Pavlik giving the young fighter a tough time getting in his maximum power punches. This will be a frustrating night for fight fans that want to see toe-to-toe action. The only shot Hopkins has at winning is if goes to the judges. Pavlik is 26 years old and Bernard is 43. Hopkins began his pro career in October of 1988 in Atlantic City and in October of 2008 in Atlantic City we might see the last of Hopkins in the ring. This will be a tough sell on Pay-Per-View because of Hopkins style. Bernard Hopkins last 6 fights have all gone the distance. So will this one. Play over 11 ½ rounds at 220.

Calzaghe says he won't give him the rematch - he says he'll fight Roy then hang 'em up for good.
Goosen and Paul Williams should renegotiate terms with Top Rank to get Pavlik at 160.
It's now clear that Pavlik has problems with lateral movement and slickness.
The Hopkins fight shed plenty of light.

Pavlik got exposed. Calzaghe makes them both look weak.

What a humbling for Pavlik. One card had it 118 - 106, that is an ass whooping! Calzaghe is still king.
