Yeah, the V2AB basically cleared the way for me. XD Always say the V Gundam as weak (considering when you first get it), until I got this upgrade.

The VSBR can penetrate beam shields, not I-fileds. SRW can not handle the beam shelds and the VSBR. G-generation does, but that has totally different gameplay.

It says so on Japanese Wikipedia that they carried the sprites over. The Ruiner soldiers are called "Mires", which is Latin for "soldier". Your observation is correct.
