when you say a quarter of chiffon do you mean a quarter by a quarter? (square)

Thank you for your inquiry. Usually at the fabric shop, the fabric is already folded and ready to cut. You will only need 1/4 yard of the chiffon cut which will be in a folded rectangular shape. Great tutorial but I just don't understand when you say "sew the stack together" It is not that clear how you are suppose to sew the stack together. Can you be more specific on that important detail? Thanks

Thank you for your inquiry. By this point at 1:30sec video clip, you should have 4 groups of the flower folds. You will begin sewing them together at the bottom as in the video at 1:30-1:34. It will start forming the flower. I hope this clarifies it. If not, I plan on recreating this into a live video tutorial in the future. Thanks for visiting!

Thank you for the answer, but if you don't mind I would like to make one more question, at 1:30 - 1:34 when you star forming the flower, do you stack the petals on a piece of felt?

If you ever have a question, do not hesitate to ask:) using felt is a wonderful option. I did not use felt to sew the groups together but that is definitely something you can do.
