@zahnast well the red car did not brake sharply, the first silver car was being impatient and tailgating so he didn't leave himself any room to manoeveur. Then the first silver car was being doubly impatient and trying to overtake when a) there is oncoming traffic and b) he's about to be overtaken himself. The second car is going too fast, not looking at where the first silver car is going, not looking at oncoming traffic and clearly does not know how to drive anyway. Red car was fine.

This was the red car's fault. The silver car swerved to avoid the beige car since he couldn't brake fast enough. I hate mindless drivers like in the red car.
