We use Active Release Therapy to treat and resolve your tennis elbow pain. The pain is a result of scar tissue and degeneration within the muscles and tendons which enable your wrist to extend back. This is a motion required during your tennis swing. The scar tissue and degeneration is caused by overuse and repetitive motion. Visit us at www.tenniselbowpros.com or www.healthyelbows.com for more information.

  • Did it work?

  • @Joeb9113 I do this kind of treatment on people weekly and it works in most cases. I would say the success rate is about 90%. It's a two way street though. The patient has to do his or her part as well.

  • jewhonks420: You need to search for an A.R.T. (Active Release Technique) provider in the area in which you live. Google the phrase A"ctive Release Technique" and include the "city" you are in, and the word "chiropractor." I've worked on many people with this problem with great success.

  • Just look for a Chiropractor in your area who is certified in Active Release Technique. (ART). Do a good search for Tennis Elbow Treatment and ART. You can also go to the ART website.

  • Thanks, great video. Very useful info, will try with my patient who has this diagnosis (I am a licensed OT).

  • Great video doc... more video on ART the better since an alarming amount of people/ athletes still have no idea of how great it is

  • so basically I need to move my wrist, even though it hurts while massaging my lower arm. I've had this happen before and it went away with a compression band, but it's been a week now and it still sucks. I hope this works. I'll give you so many props if it does.

  • where can I get this treatment in Long Beach, CA I am musician and have the problem in my right elbow and need to work.

    Thanks, Martin Espino

  • Back when I was 16 I fell off a skateboard and smashed my elbow on a concrete floor, I actually cracked the bone but I am having nothing but pure hell ever since. I think my elbow may have formed into tennis elbow while the bone is actually repaired by now (i'm 25) And maybe there is some ligament damage or something there, Will these exercises help me with my situation? I Have Biofreeze on my elbow at the moment and it hurts a lot to straighten it out. It's really limiting me :(

  • @ibanezrocker12 A.R.T. can resolve that problem yes.
