I personally like the eyebrows, but I'm androgynous. This man clearly isn't, so on him it looks ridiculous. For masculine eyebrows you want as little of an arch as possible

That woman is messing up the first guys face. Mens eyesbrows aren't supposed to be 'perfect'. He looks feminine.
