well im glad, you look great, how did you lose the weight, i could use to shed 30 lbs.

@talons85 Thank you:) I read a book by Paul McKenna (the hypnotist) "I can make you thin" and it taught me how to lose weigh in a healthy way without having to give up any of my favorite foods.

But basically, I just started working out and started eating smaller and healthier portions of food.

Losing weight is hard, but this time I finally did it right:) I still have a bit more to go though:p
