Beer Can Chicken is so easy and so delicious. If you're in the mood for barbeque, all you need is a 4 pound chicken, a beer and some of your favorite spices. Fire up the grill and in about an hour and a half you'll half barbecued chicken falling off the bone. Paula Deen calls this beer in the rear chicken but by any name this is the tastiest barbecued (BBQ) chicken around. Just a few minutes of prep and then you can take the next hour off while it cooks!

  • This is the only thing that my brother can cook, but he calls it beer up the rear. I am sure that a lot of people will like your recipe, I never tried it on the bbq becuase the unrileable tempature. But, when I was a little kid I learned how to cook on a wood fired stove frying baloney and cooking potatoe pealings becuase chester ate them on an episode of gun smoke, when he was held captive and I was told by my mother that I said if it was good enough for chester then it was good enough for me.

  • @toogawnjawn I think your Mom was right. :)

  • @ 1:32 - it is NEVER OK to pour out beer! Great recipe though.

  • @thehyperactivesloth Oh you are so funny. You are right. Never a need to pour out a beer. LOL!!
