Downtown Beijing

I filmed this in late November 2009. This is video of modern day Beijing. We had to drive around to find the restaurant. This is modern portion of Beijing. The streets are very clean. There is no crime. Local people are nonviolent and benevolent. Local food is absolutely outstanding.

I have not been to Beijing, only to Seoul and I am delighted to see Beijing has taken steps to present a powerhouse of a city- cleanliness very much on par with Seoul. A communist success story. Absolutely love the way the people dressed-quite elegantly.

The video must be taken on a tourist bus. I hear Cantonese speakers as well as Mandarin speakers. I hear someone speak Mandarin with Taiwanese accent. He said that this place looks like where he lives in Taipei. I think only Taipei 101 and its surrounding looks like what is shown in Beijing. Eles where in Taipei is pretty much rundown. Beijing looks much neater and organized than Taipei and HK.

Beijing looks so spacious. The air is quite clean. May be it is in Nov and cold air makes the air cleaner.

Someone speak Cantonese. I guess the person who made this video is a Cantonese.
