This is the worst stage in life for a footballer =/. To actually retire after all these years you've played with your most favored clubs and all the achievements he has with them. Just think, next season which is now, he doesn't go back to Milanello to start training again just like what the commentator said. He's at home and attends the matches but as a fan this time. Really sad, not only a good defender despite his age. But he also organizes the defense thoroughly.
