A single menu item from some fast food restaurants can pack a salt-filled punch, sometimes delivering more sodium than the daily 2,300 mg recommended by the USDA. • Lol go figure a guy who makes money off of salt argues that its not bad for you. Salt increases your blood pressure, plain and simple. Anyone who argues otherwise, has no idea what they are talking about. Hundreds of scientific studies dont lie.
