Lol go figure a guy who makes money off of salt argues that its not bad for you. Salt increases your blood pressure, plain and simple. Anyone who argues otherwise, has no idea what they are talking about. Hundreds of scientific studies dont lie.

I think too much sugar is the biggest problem for Americans. It is easy to eat too much when it is loaded with sugar. If we ate more whole foods we would have a hard time over-eating. Did you ever feel like you ate too many carrots?
