My goodness I only saw him blink about 3 or 4 times throughout! That is very hard to do. Loved the song yes. :)

Wow that was something else. I adore Christopher Eccleston but had never seen this. How amazing is he and yeah those eyes just pierce the soul. Brilliant video. Thanks for sharing.

This just proves what a brilliant actor he is. Staring at a camera, just staring and pouring so much emotions into his eyes, into every muscle in his face, to fake emotions, let the fake emotions grow and overtake and overwhelm and change, telling a story with nothing but his face. The way he closes his eyes at the end. Finally he's so happy, but not ecstatic, but pure bliss, and he closes his eyes, because he's willing to put his trust and love into ua, the viewera, with only his eyes. Wow.

And his eyes are such a deep blue in this video (which has very monochromatic colouring otherwise) that you can't help but get sucked into his gaze as he feeds different emotions to you, guiding you through the melody of the song.

I felt the same way as others - happy and sad at the same time. The melody of the song is a bit melancholy yet very beautiful. Christopher's stare starts out the same way. When he ends up smiling, the smile is the 'I've just undergone a difficult time in my life and it saddened me, yet I will stay positive and get through it' type of look. I don't exactly know how to describe it. Must start new comment because of character count.
