  • @bloodinbloodout818 have you ever tried an inversion table? i have a "hang ups" and it's saved my back a ton of times.......i try to use it everyday now

  • ive had a herniated disc for about two years now, last year was the worse, in june of 2011 i had a shot injected to the disc, it helped with the pain, and i was able to do some of my regualr routines, but im still not 100 percent, ive tried a lot of things, but i want my life back, if someone can help me, by giving me information, i would be so grateful. thank you and bless you.

  • does it matter if the disc is herniated to the anterior or posterior?

  • @steckleinjr yah

  • I went to physical therapy and did this same stuff and my disc herniated worse.

  • aren't herniated disc patient-specific where a doctor has to discover his/her muscular imbalance?

  • Thanks for the advice & help. Really appreciate it. You gave me some real hope . Maybe this awful condition actually can get better . Best
