Iraqi women recently competed in the Miss Baghdad beauty pageant -- an event that was on hold for nearly 30 years during years of war and Ba'ath Party rule. In the current era, some Iraqis see the event as an expression of personal freedoms and a return to normal life.

  • @mriraq2005 :O I know her grandchildren. Because they live in London among the Jewish community lol.

  • First of all this is not a Miss Baghdad pageant its called MISS HUNTING CLUB please read the sash on the winner before labeling her as such, and you can't compare this unofficial pageant with MISS IRAQ, a registered pageant that has been going on since 1947.

MISS BAGHDAD 1947 and winner of MISS IRAQ 1947 was Renee Dangoor, an Iraqi Jewish woman and she was not Christian, your information is so false
