This is one way to wrap your hands for training. Wrapping your hands provides protection against impact resulting from punching. It also gives a tighter fit when wearing gloves. i wrap my fingers also.
like while i usually go around the wrist 3 times and between each finger and use the excess for wrist support. but the gloves i wear do have the clinchstrap(wrist-support). ??

when you first started you messed up. you had to start going be hind the palm not so when you make a gist the wrap tights giveing you a more rock solid hit while protecting your wrist . the way you dif it wont nearly protect ur wrist as much... not hateing just saying.
