Another exciting video from Andy Gabrielson and Tyler Costantini from Wednesday, June 10, 2009 in Vernon County, MO.

A thin funnel touches down right on the road and then blasts it's way through a tree belt. Later, it transforms into a white multi-vortex.

  • dude you were way too cloxe towards the end of that video it seemed like any minute that thing could have come back down. You have a lot of balls to shoot that

  • @genptg not so interesting for me because when that happened when i was sick and my house destroyed

  • Wow, what an interesting cloud!

  • @CommanderLightning Thats because it's prounced "Shell (like a shell at the beach) City.

  • wow that couldn't have been that strong. Obviously it wasn't it just looked like a dust devil actually. Cool

  • Yup, I chased this tornado, though I was further away. I was inbetween this tornado and the other storm to the west, when the first needle funnel was spotted out of the corner of my eye. Eventually ended up about a half mile from the tornado before it roped out. Great footage guys!
