for a true and accurate account of a civil war sniper read jackk henson, one man;s war about a farmer whom two sons were murdered by grants army in dover,tn. henson went on to kill over one hundred wtih his custom made rifle in the name of his sons whose heads were placed on hensons posts for this family to see.

@Scared4life19 no 100 yards is not a mile thats only 3000 of the 5280 and yes they could go even more than 1800 yards just look up the whitworth rifle on wikipedia it goes farther than i put so i did not lie
