95% of all hardgainers are dead wrong in how

they train

You need to know how to eliminate your

devastating muscle killing mistakes and force

your body into muscle building overdrive.

The foundation of of your success is being

able to instantly identify which exercises

target which muscle groups.

Arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, your

butt, and abs.

And if you want to get big, you'll need to

stop focusing on isolation movements and get

off the machines.

You need to focus on heavy, and compound

movements that target your largest muscle

groups together. At the same time.

Heavy compound movements do two very

important things.

1.) They allow you to lift WAY heavier than

smaller isolated movements.

2.) Lifting HEAVY weight, and your largest

muscle groups at the same time releases a

great deal of natural testosterone. Which

accelerates your muscle growth significantly.

For example, you can do 30 pound bicep curls

that ONLY target your biceps, and frankly

won't do you much good.

OR you could do deadlifts which if you can do

30 pound bicep curls you can most likely do

at least 150 pound deadlifts. And deadlifts

target not only your biceps, but also your

lower back, upper back, and legs.

And when you put 150 pounds of stress on your

body vs. 30 pounds, your body goes. Woah!

That's a lot of weight! I better get growing!

That type of accelerated growth response just

doesn't happen with 30 pounds.

And it's not unreasonable for even

intermediate lifters to be able to lift 250

to 300 pounds or more on a deadlift. It's not

like a bench press.

If you'd like to know how to do deadlifts

correctly, and learn a bunch of other awesome

muscle building secrets. That I think will

really help you.

  • This video is right about the machines. They don't work. I was working out on machines for a year, and I quit that and started doing pull ups and chin ups with my 165 pound body. The natural body building technique worked a lot better than some dumb machine at the gym that takes your money and time but doesn't do anything.

  • The video is cool and great. Its about your will and dedication on how you wanted to reach and attain the body you wanted. Never give up and always look forward. I like to share a link of a site that some of you might be interested with. It gives workout plans and information on how you could build muscles and burn fats in order to develop a lean muscular look you always after to have. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

  • i went from 130lbs to 155lbs over a few months all natural. Did i different muscle everyday... the PROBLEM is, people are arm junkies and train biceps and abs all day

  • muscular development relies on hard work and dedication and a change in mindset if you think big you will be bigger. not as big as everyone else but you appreciate how much your body has changed. after that you know what you are doing right and wrong , i am a hard gainer and have tried to become one of those so called BIG guys ,but once you get down to it there is only so much you can do i am ripped than a mother and have stamina for days .how many muscle bound people can say that.

  • what an amazing video , realy

  • Sure if you do bicep curls, you'll have more strength in your biceps, but who's dumb enough to work out 1 body part every single time they work out. No one.
