I got the lithium from an energizer AA LITHIUM BATTERY. This will not work with a regular battery because regular batteries have no lithium. Lithium reacts with water producing hydrogen gas. Or you can just burn the lithium and it gives a bright light as well as lots of heat. Wear eye protection when doing this. ( I did)

  • when you were throwing the lithium on the ground and it looked like a firework was that after you were burning it for a while, where the lithium was still molten?

  • awesome man, i LOVE lithium, i get it from energizer batteries then chuck the whole thing in water. Im also looking for ways on how to make sodium
