Greenlee, Jake - Buyers Love Desperate Sellers

Greenlee tries to sell her loft to Jake in order to obtain the upstairs penthouse. Jake is reluctant at first but with some persistent persuasion, he agrees to buy the loft. Out of sheer excitement that she has the penthouse, Greenlee lays a small kiss on Dr. Jake Martin, and it doesn't take much to see he's already under her spell. While Jake is talking to Greenlee's realtor about the loft, his phone rings and Greenlee answers it telling the person on the other end to call back. Finding out that the hospital called him, Jake is upset with Greenlee but she is able to smooth things over and they agree to celebrate. While she is waiting for Jake to return with his check book, someone else ends up at her doorstep.
