Shaikh Muneer Qamar is a well scholar, has penned more than 20 books on various topics of Islam, he was associated with Umm ul Quen Radio, UAE for more than 10 years where his lectures are aired for Urdu speaking explatriates. Presently he is working in Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia as Mutarjim and he is Daee of Al-Khobar Islamic Center, Saudi Araba. He is always very precise speaks to the point in his lectures. This lecture is a part of Annual function of Safra Islamic Center, held in Buraidah, AlQaseem, Saudi Arabia in June, 2006.
