The part where he lights the paper wad on fire is real. As an animation expert I can confirm there was no digital tom-foolery there. There are subtle effects there that were not produced with any kind of voxel data or particle shading techniques. There was no cloning of regions of data / rotoscopy. This video wasn't faked.

@richnin absolutely. and I don't think it's so necessary what they are. they simply exist.

@tovstenko i would become scared when trying to induce lucid dreaming during the transitional phase of entering sleep paralysis. The intense sensations: lights, sounds, and physical pressure would make me abort and fully wake. buddhists speak all the time of using lucid dreaming as a pathway to speak to spirits and guides, but I wonder if they are separate entities or just our subconscious materializing in different forms. Either way it seems like something worth venturing towards :).

@richnin I've achieved state you described two days ago after reading some materials on autogenie training. all my body was electrified and electrification increased, but it scared me and I didn't achieve pinnacle. maybe this highest state is nirvana,i don't know. I think there are lots of similiar states inside our body like there are lots of places outside our house, i allways compare it. Schultz wrote that in this state you can ask your subconcious questions and get answers in form of visions

@grindingonnails1, gotta love skeptics. You'd be more wise to comment after meditating for some period of time to get even a glimpse of your bodies capabilities. If you haven't you shouldn't speak, for you would be speaking out of ignorance. It isn't magic or something that is to fantastical to accept, it is the mastering of your own body's inherent functions.

on the chi is real subject, chi is a definite energy. Scientists say it is related to far infrared energy of the electromagnetic spectrum, which heats our bodies to some extent. I've meditated very deeply in the past and reached a state where it felt like my whole body was emitting tiny little flames through the pores of my skin. I felt like the Human Torch. I was deeply relaxed and the feeling was surprisingly intense but I never lost focus. sadly i stopped meditating for a while but I'm back.

I live in Moscow are there are some places where people can study Qi Gong. But it is done on such a low level... But I've personally seen and interacted pearson, who had basic qi gong knowledge and he helped a woman to cure fingers and arms pain (We were studying piano). I wish I could travel to China or South Asia to learn it seriously.

I acknowledge the existence of chi energy I meditate everyday and can feel my own chi as well as the other people's chi that are around me. I can move my chi and push it into my friends when I have physical contact with them. When I mediate I feel my chi the most, it pulses through my hands and they twitch. I can feel my dantien which is the storage area for the bodies chi.
