Windows Sleep Mode Problem Fix

Hey guys! Today i came across a problem when I was trying to put my computer into sleep mode. What was happening was I was putting the computer to sleep and 10 to 15 minutes later it would be awake, so today I put together a video to help some people that may have the same problem as I did.

hmm but this wasnt the problem what i whas searching for, my problem is that if i put it on sleep mode my fans are still running, do you know what that is called or know how to fix it? thnx
