i got the DJM 400 amazing mixer, love it, recording i sorted out and its amazing too, thanks for the help, also i noticed u have a video about audacity recorder. i have used it for a while and i just wanna tell u a tip that may help people when recording is that when naming a track that has a fullstop in it for example featuring they will put feat. this confuses the PC into thinking its a different extension (file type) so if they just say yes to the pop up that comes up then find the files they exported and simply add .mp3 to the end it will correct the extension and make it work hope that helps if u dint know already.

I use amadeus, its free for 30 days, and then I think $15 after that. Its really easy, just select the input and press record. Then click burn to burn it to a cd. If you want, u can add track markers, and tahts even easy. All you do is put in the title and the time where you want one. Very easy!

i use both Audacity and Adobe Auditions.
I love both because I can mix and match to make any track sound the best possible!!
Both are great and if you can, use both, if your budget is tight, Audacity is definitely the best choice!!
