I have watched/listened to probably all of your sleep hypnosis videos and this one is probably the most seamless and relaxing. It is very well done. In a couple of the other videos, you kind of verbally stumble a bit, but here everything flows very nicely. This is my "go-to" sleep video.

I need help. Whenever i watch one of your sleep hypnosis videos, i get to the very end and i feel like I'm about to fall asleep, but as soon as I am about to the video ends and i awake from Hypnosis. Any suggestions?

never thought I would find myself searching for sleep hypnosis videos on youtube, or anywhere in general. I had basically accepted that I would more then likely have sleep dificulties throughout life, I was wrong. These videos were beyond helpfull for putting me to sleep in no time. Any suggestions for sleep hypnosis videos that would help for pre test taking gitters in school?
