I used the CamStudio.

I just installed Norton on my computer. Big mistake. Its making me lag a lot and it scans really slow.

Ya know that animation that norton go going on for scanning your computer is stupid! They should of had a picture of a hard drive with those little green balls floating around it. NORTON SUCKS! NORTON FOOOLS!

Kasperky isn't paid if you only use the Back up AV tool.

I got the Kasperky emergency disk off their website free of charge man.

(It's basically Linux as an AV trying to look like windows.....in my Opinion it's total Garbage because if it found a virus it'd tell you 10days later unless you have something like a Core i7 on your hands....)

@kawaiifreak860 kaspersky 2012 outclasses it, but AVG, Avira and Avast don't. Also Kaspersky is a paid security application.

Avira, Avast, AVG, Kasperky, (So on so forth) all are Free and all completely OUTCLASS norton in speed and security while taking up barely any room on the system. (1/8th or 1/7th of your standard 700mb' music CD) and using less resource. =]

@Phenomatrix Ah no there are still MUCH better security software out there. But yeah 2009+ was a lot better.

The 2009, 2010 and soon to be 2011 versions of Norton are the quickest, lightest and most protective security software on the market now. They had a bad name a few years back, but they reprogrammed the software from scratch and has made a world of difference. They're excellent now!

Norton 2010 actually runs ALOT better then older versions of Norton. They've optimized the AV scans so they run efficiently using less RAM and Services, and they get done in half of the time. Although it does slow sown older computers, well thats your fault for having a dinosaur right? Norton is a great product, but you cant expect to torrent free games/movies and look at free porn all day without catching a nasty virus, ppl have the misconception that anti-virus is a life raft.
