This is a protest video against Cadbury PLC, of Birmingham, UK, Chocolate Manufacturer, for sponsorship of the vile and racist "Cadbury African Gorilla Personality Tribal Head" video. The video is despicably racist, intolerant, and worthless thrash. That video featuring virtual-street-level mobile gorilla of an African Tribal Head is contemptuous of Africans and all people of African origin. That video haunts children, unsettles many reflective adults, and perpetuates sad and harmful stereotyping of Ghanaians and Africans. Ghanaians deserve better. Cadbury must apologize to Ghanaians and seek other life-affirming media/methods to promote its products, products that use imported cocoa from Ghana. Cadbury ought to learn a lot from the Lotte Co. of Japan, with its Ghana Chocolate bars. Yes, Lotte Co of Japan manufactures entire lines of chocolate bars called "Ghana." Yes, that is branding Ghana needs. Ghana c an surely do without Cadbury's "African Gorilla Personality Tribal Head."

Wishing the "Ghanaians" behind the video success - no sabotage.

We are saying that Cadbury ought to have known better. Ask why a product produced in the Ghanaian hinterland and sold on the global marketplace is promoted entirely using filth, thrash, dilapidated scenery, and cheap video theatrics.

By your "rival Japanese company" comments you are saying are concerned about Cadbury's profits. Well, at least we can go to any store in Japan and buy a share of Ghana, or order "Ghana" online!

This protetst video is completely out of order. Not only is the advert a positive portrayal of Ghanaian culture - music, art (the so called racist head, which is in actual fact based on Ghanain sculpture) it is a positive step taken by a huge multinational corporataion towards fairer trade in Ghana. The advert is a wonderfully uplifting video and I cannot understand why you and others have to take such offence by it when it is obviously great promotion for your country. I think you are pathetic

By that ad, Cadbury is saying Gorrillas and Ghanaians / Africans have the same personality. No! What is "pathetic" is people like you and Cadbury who think that you have the right to tell all Ghanaian nationals what their culture is. The "advert" is a cheap, thrashy video. Do Ghanaians have to allow themselves and their "culture" to be degraded in order for Cadbury to go "fairer trade."

if they were white people in the ad and the head was a representation of British art would it be racist? It is just people dancing. I think your angry and hiding behind the safe banner of anti-racism to justify your anger but the truth is your the one making this a racial issue. Wrong, wrong, wrong. What rubbish. It makes no sense. The Zingolo video was made by Ghanaians!!! Tinny and the High Spirits Dancers are famous in Ghana - it's great for them to get this kind of support.

This strange "protestvideo" is an attempt to sabbotague a good act - why is there all that stuff about Obama in the middle (so random, nothing to do with this) and then the blatant promotion of a rival Japanese company at the end (very suspicious)
