It was a series that cannot be matched by any other in my eyes. The things that Lelouch endured, the weight of his actions resting on his shoulders, so that Nunnally would be able to live in a world of peace. Lelouch's sacrifice was made to create this new world and he lives on within the hearts of the one's he cared for the most. The ending of the series brought me to tears and this tribute to Lelouch and the others did the same. Thank you for sharing this with us.

I'm surprised I've seen noone point out that CC changed her mind about Geass and dying because she found someome who loved her for who she was in Lelouch. After they stop Lelouch's parents they can be together in mutual understanding/love of each other. At the end CC is praying for Lelouch. He lives and they remain together. It is not a tragety for Lelouch because he did not have to make the ultimate sacrifice of never being with people who he cared about as he had thought he must.
