Yes it is that bad.... and therapy never helped. They only want to put people on drugs and I have never taken or will take anti depressants or the like. Most of the USA seem to be on medication as of my last stay there and it is to me like a nation of zombies. Or maybe it is the junk food and junk mind killing television.

I hope you're OK now. I was unemployed when my attacks started. I was so paranoid about starting work again, but I made it through with a little therapy and working at relaxing every day. Much love.

Thanks for the great advice and clear understanding. Panic attacks are ruining my life. In 6months I start University, and I can't even comprehend doing that whilst being so debilitated by these attacks?! I will subscribe to your news letters. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for this video
It is SO true about people who don't have panic attacks not being able to help and relate those with panic attacks. we're like alcoholics in a way --bad analogy, I know-- but we need to talk to people who have been where we've been, have felt our symptoms, and found a way to stop anxiety. thank you for sharing your wisdom. it makes us all feel a lot less alone. you're an angel!

I dont have panic attacks anymnore either BUT I can drink as much caffine.. Its not the caffine itself, its your "reaction" to the feelings caused by the caffine. Its all about your "reaction" to the feelings and thoughts. If you dont "react" in a feafull way to the thought or feelings, you wont have an attack. I had panic attacks for over 25 years before learning not to "react".. It just took some time and practice to master it.
I think its great that your are wiling to help others.
