Though I didn't understand half the urdu, but with the other half i understood (bcoz of Hindi) I can say that this is a very very positive advice. I hope Pakistan so come out of all its problem and with India together raise the image of South East Asia in the world to new heights.

The meanings of the Urdu words are as follows:
1) "Ikh-laas" = sincerity
2) "Moes-ta-kill May-zaa-jee" = perseverance, steadfastness

I love Bill Gates advice: "If you were born poor, it is not your fault. But if you die poor, it is 100% your fault." Indeed, every individual is blessed with qualities such as sincerity, hardwork, perseverance, and vision - which when put to use - can lead to significant personal and professional accomplishment. This is equally true of nations; after all, nations are no more than a collection of individuals. So, Javed is correct that failure to develop after 60 years is 100% Pak's fault.
