i have two black-masked lovebirds, Romeo and Julianna . l have learned from them since they had babies that Julianna has wider more rounded tail shape ,while Romeo has a pointed one .....but that may just be my birds.. ...one of the eggs hatched on Christmas day .the other on Dec. 23 .....my Christmas bird .i may name Holly...???? have not decided on a name for other one any suggestions???also have 13 zebra finches 1 budgie 1 gerbil AND 4 cats.

hey i got two love birds now idk if ones a boy or girl idk. but r the girl tails shorter then the boys? n plus their both goin in n out the nest box. well they did it all day today. but can anyone get back to me on that plz

It is normal for both the boy and girl to spend time in the nest box. The girl is ussually a bit more aggressive around the nest but not always. The only way to tell really is to get a blood test.
