Recoom is around 60.000,he is careless since he uses his body more for brute force and durability thats why he was always caught off guard but he didnt seemed to care about being hit,he mostly took as a joke.
With Nail he would lose even if he his powerlevel is higher.

yeah that shit really didn't make sense to me. But i suppose if you're classify power like that, only someone at 40,000 could actually hope to defeat him, and i guess that would mean that anyone from 30-39,000 could only hurt him.
