a homebuilt 6-dof puma-typed RRRRRR robot controlled by emc2. using emc2, and implementing special kinematics, it can move in joint space (independent motors: 012345), or in coordinated world space (carthesian coordinates: XYZABC).

  • Okay... you would use G00 X5 to move the x axis 5 inches... but what do you use if you wanted to move Joint 0 by 45 degrees for example?
