@mullinsJ08 My server project was fun, and it is cool to have a school-type network in your own home. If this is something one desires to learn, what does it hurt? I am sure I don't need a server either.

@TheToby505 If you are not sure then you probably don't need a server. They are very complicated at times and require a lot of work to get working.

do users automatically get access to the database once create or is that given to them when you did all that in the profiles tab?

@johnnyramma After you create them they can login to a PC immediately. The other stuff is to make the profile Roaming.

Great tutorial,
How do you get the Profile path and Local path at 2:07? It said I have to create it or something first. But any folder I create would be in the C: drive.

@entehrend You have to create a folder and then share it...what I put in was the UNC path to the shared folder on the server so that other computers can access it.

You should mention how to add users to an OU, rather than directly in there. That way you can assign the OU group policies.
