Shiba Inu does Flyball

From first lesson to first title and tournament was just under a year. She learned faster than most of the other dogs, but she had a lot of obedience training beforehand and along with that a very strong retrieve. She is not nearly as fast as the herding breeds for the most part, but she extremely accurate and reliable. And smart.

how does she do in flyball? i am looking for another dog for flyabll, but not really for a herding dog. Does she/he fetch? How fast did she get the basics??

that's really cool. I have a 10 month old shiba who is pretty ADD and needs some form of exercise. He doesn't like to play fetch out in public, but will play at home. How difficult was it to train your dog to do this considering they are so hard headed and independent?
