The 2nd rule of COE is you DO NOT talk about COE! 3rd rule of COE someone yells "stop!", goes limp, taps out, the debate is over. 4th rule only two races to a debate. 5th rule one debate at a time, Free Peoples. 6th rule Hobbits dont wear shoes. 7th rule debates will go on as long as they have to. 8th if this is your first time at COE, you have to debate. 9th what happens in the COE stays in the COE.
