  • i've been doing this for about two weeks now...my entire eye area has been hurting ever since...i'm not criticizing anything here but i just want to know if this is normal?i'm also having a minor headache ever since...it gets worse in the mornings and in the evenings...but will fade a little after a cup of strong tea or a glass of water...i also noticed that i could not see well with my glasses after the second week...so i went to the doctor's...and he told me that there was no improvement.

  • @BennyJennyJ1 You would need to do these exercises for a lot more than 2 weeks to see improvements. However, if you are experiencing pain, you should ease off the amount and intensity.

  • @yearsyoungernow ok and what about the change in the lens number?the doctor has prescribed me a no of -2.25 from -2 ?

  • @BennyJennyJ1 Sorry I cannot comment on individual cases. You also need to realise that the video is intended for readers of my book on How To Look, Feel And Be Years Younger Naturally which also contains a lot more information about your eyes (and other areas). checkout YearsYoungerNaturally com

  • @BennyJennyJ1 You need to do more eye relaxation techniques(not only exercises) to help your eyes fully relax and relieve the strain. Try looking up facial massages for eye tension. Realize that glasses have been like "crutches" for your eyes for a long time so the sudden work load your eyes need to do is a shock to them. Palming for a few minutes can help to fully relax them. Make sure you are also properly rested and hydrated to facilitate the process!

  • @forbiddenfollies Yes and you can find out more about relaxation, massage, palming etc and a whole lot more in my book which these videos accompany - go to YearsYoungerNaturally com

  • @RENbocK Hi, They are designed for both long and short-sightedness. You should do them at least once a day. For more information, checkout the book that these videos accompany - 'How To Look, Feel And Be Years Younger Naturally'. You can get it from YearsYoungerNaturally com.

  • great video thanks alot :D, but does this work for both long and short sightedness and also how long and how often should these be done?

  • @LegalFarts Make sure you 'tone your eyes' regularly! If you checkout my book, you might find other areas that you don't tone either. You can find it at YearsYoungerNaturally com
