Tango and Bachata originated from whore houses and yet they are amongst the most beautiful and loved styles on the planet! Next you'll be telling Baz Luhrmann that Moulin Rouge was trash. Johnny Vasquez is an artist - let him and others dance whatever way they want to dance!

As talented as they are, I think JV and his followers are also very trashy / vulgar and as such don't represent how elegant and classy salsa (LA style, NY style or other) is for 99% of the people who dance it
