@187Godhand2 advice to every person in your situation: be prepared. you never know if they will do sth.
find out the quickest way to the british embassy. make copies of your passport and carry it with you. may sound like a bit too much...but it is better to be safe than sorry.
and btw: yes, pakistani parents do that with boys too.

@BOLSHEVIXTREME i agree/being parents doesntmean they can t be stupid/they aready see they make their children unhappy but they still go on/i think there should be more organizations helping the CHILDREN/muslim or not

THe kid at 9:21 i feel really bad for that guy. Parents blackmailing children just to get there way. And yet they dont realize that the young man at the end of the day says "i love my mom and i always will". Yet i guess his mother only loved him aslong as he did what they said. Soo soo sad.

your own parents only can compell you to marry the girl in pakistan and no any strage person will force you, all forced marriages are arranged by the parents even they will attach you with your own cousin.

Technically, they could - but I can't tell you if they would or not - you know your family the best. But is it's something you're worried about - just make sure you have with you the right numbers to call at all times.

Another approach would be for the organization to take steps to educate the parents in the UK and help them realize that they are destroying their children's lives.
