Great bed construction. Really thoughtful planning. Looking forward to more videos.

That was a great vid. Those beds are awesome! Would screen or netting deter the bugs or is that not practical? Thanks for the organic produce! I admire what you both are doing. Best wishes.

@greyhoundfriend123 Yeah, people sometimes use screen to keep out bugs, but if you grow biodynamically or beyond the plants are strong and create phytochemicals that keep bugs away. Bugs only eat on weak plants.

I know, it's a shame isn't it. Everyone should know how to grow good quality good.
Do you use volcanic rock dust in your compost at all?
DocGreen15 1 year ago
@DocGreen15 Yes! Azomite, Jersey Green Sand (glauconite), zeolites, and clay for our sandy FL soil. Only use compost when needed, it can be contraindicated sometimes. Check out aglabs=dt=com, they have an amazing video course beyond biodynamic that is brilliant. The teachers are all students of Carey Reams. Reams own material is hard to read, but his students have distilled it into brilliant applications & info. They also do the best soil testing & provide a custom nutrient mix.
