Mae West is probably the queen of camp but you can't be sure she's really in on the joke here. This is really disturbing and I mean that as a compliment since something of this nature goes against nature in a fundamental way. Either Mae West was a dadaist of pop culture or she was sublimely demented. I suspect the latter is the case but how cool would it be if she laughing at herself the whole time.
