The trick to 21 is to input the Dashes before the Focus Cancels.

Some of these seem really difficult to time.

Then again, I can't say much, I got the game like a week ago and I don't have an arcade stick. Maybe it's significantly easier to time it with an arcade stick, I dunno.

@Milleniumfucker Forward --> M Punch--> Focus --> Let go of forward, then hold forward again --> M Punch --> focus --> Let go of forward, then forward again -->M Punch --> DP

Once you get the rhythm it's pretty easy.
