In all likelihood the victim would have survived with immediate medical treatment. The suspect, probably not. May I suggest something ? As a cop for 12 years, I find rapid fire is more accurate if you bend over forward at the waist a bit. Makes it a more stable platform and you can bring the weapon back on target quicker. My two cents.
