I am being honest and this clip is not scripted and hardly edited so I do stumble over what I am saying at times. But overall I think it can be useful for my subscribers.

    I feel your pain with the ups and downs of weight loss; I agree with the addiction speak, every time I give myself an inch I risk myself taking a mile. Not only that I feel like over eating sedates me, makes me comfortable, and I sleep much better.

    It's definitely not easy and the nutritional nazi's do have a point having having a big meal or a sugared treat is like a former drug addict taking "one last hit." It rarely works out.

  • how you read the sunfood success diet by david wolfe? i recomend it for anyone, doesnt matter if you re vegan or not. i just finished it and it was aweosome.

  • Dude, it is winter, the end of the year, and the holidays. Please go easy on yourself--be nice to yourself like you would be to another person. Get a DVD and and workout at home. I'm gonna get a tampet. Yoga will totally make you lose weight. Happy Holidays Chris!

  • Chris I like the audio cast and did listen to the end. I can relate to what you said to I experiance the same things so thanks for talking about it its good to get someone elses take on it. And btw pizza is my most addictive food and bread/crackers . 

  • I like audio only when I am I work. I'm not saying to do a lot of them but I would love if you do them once in a while.

    I definitely agree that you have to that breaking point and no one else can make you do it. When my mom would remind me every time I visit her about my weight all that did was frustrate me. I understood she was just worried but she really wasn't helping.
