@MJ123P No, I am not wrong, By common Practice the wife of a Prince is a princess, However Since Diana was not a Princess she can use princess in her title as Princess of Wales. But on a stand alone she would be Properly be Lady Diana Princess of Wales. The Princess Michael of Kent is a very good example of this. The Duchess refers to her self in this manor normally.
I am not nor ever will be an American Thank-you very much. Elizabeth is my Queen, I am Canadian
@reszikora You are very badly wrong. Diana was purely the Princess of Wales, after her divorce, she was Diana, Princess of Wales. And nothing like the Princess Charles. You must be American...
@MySwenny you are right on this, however if Kathrine is to be referred to as a Princess it would be as "HRH the Princess William, Duchess of Cambridge". So in a sense she can be referred to as a Princess. The same actually applied to Diana as she was HRH the Princess Charles, or her HRH the Princess of Wales. or the Lady Diana Princess of Wales. She was not Princess Diana formally. In England all Princes and Princess are also Dukes and Duchess at some point or another .
Nice facts about wedding dresses: they used to be all kind of colours, it was Queen Victoria who was the first royal bride to wear white and ever since that day it became fashion
@KHepfan11 No, prince Joachim of Denmark is second son of Queen Margrette and he married MARIE, French. Crown prince Frederik of Denmark married MARY, Australian.
