河北滄州八極拳/劈掛掌系統
滄州為中國武術之鄉而八極拳與劈掛掌是滄縣最出眾之拳法.
昔日都在(鏢局,護院,警衛,及政要近身隨從)武行間傳授,秘不外露,因其霸氣十足,易於傷人,少為外人所見,為武術界較為上乘之內功拳法.
古稱把子拳,其功法純淨,表裡一致,重中氣調練,慢功細活與劈掛掌合練,拳與掌兩 恰為剛柔相合,內外兼備,放長擊遠,近身短戰,攻防兼備.
清乾隆表彰: 文有太極安天下,武有八極定乾坤.
近代歷史 大清王朝 未代皇帝 隨護 霍殿閣大拳師, 中華人民共和國主席警備隊 李健悟隊長, (臺灣) 中華民國總統府士衛隊 劉雲樵總教官都為 神槍 (李書文)大師 之八極參劈掛糸統.至今實為三個時代 所公認的最佳護衛拳種.
