This is Tomiko Fraser Hines doing a Michelle Obama inspired arm routine. The routine was dessigned by her celebrity trainer Tarik Tyler. As you can see from the video this routine incorporates a 2.5 inch manila climbing rope . The rope itself weighs at least 60lbs. This routine should be done 3 times a week to guarantee results.
