Firon's Commentaries - System Shock 2 Psi Only-Run Episode 15

Screwed up on some of the subtitles; at the beginning a few are not completely bolded so they may be hard to see. And yes, this is a text commentated episode since it's been a while.

Because this episode signifies the end of Season 1 (for reasons you will learn of later) it has a sort of ending theme to it.

This is my first ever Let's Play, and the game I chose was System Shock 2. I've decided to do a Psi Only-Run, which means I cannot use any other weapon besides the Psi Amp. I can purchase upgrades other than Psi stuff, but I'm strictly limited to using the Psi Amp for self-defense. It's on Impossible difficulty, the hardest difficulty in the game.

Grab a drink and whatever you like to eat and enjoy an all-new episode!

In this part of the episode I:
- Adopt some more turrets
- Kill the last red cyborg assassin
- Talk about the sector of Ops Deck I'm in
- Look back at the beginning...
- Own, pwn, and pown, complete with corny one-liners!
- Accuse Bronson of being sexist (you can totally tell)

Also, my theory on why the modify tools can't be recycled is that there are so few in the game the want you to use them wisely.

That's why I try to keep them, but it always seems I never have enough. :/

Really? I've never tried that.

@WalterREBoRN That is why anti-toxin hypos are your best friend -w- Search for any replicators that have them and hack them to get cheaper ones, and buy lots. There's quite a lot of things in the game that can poison you, so it doesn't hurt to have like 10 or 20 later in the game.

It still is NOT pleasent to be bit by them though, I have been bit without a hypo more than enough times and it's like, 'UUUUGGGH'.

@WalterREBoRN They ain't that hard to kill actually, even with a melee weapon. It's a matter of keepin your distance when you see their "biting" animation and striking them when they get close. Staying ducked also makes it easier to hit them.
